Physician
MD/DO degree, board certification in primary care. ACGME or AOA accredited residency in medical specialty. Must pass background check and obtain required licenses
Dental Radiology Student
High school diploma or GED certificate. Fluency in English. Knowledge of dental assisting and Microsoft Office are required
Dental Assistant
High school diploma or GED. CPR (BLS) is required. Fluency in English/Spanish and registration as a Registered Dental Assistant preferred
Staff Nurse
Accredited RN license & current BLS. One+ ambulatory care experience. Familiarity with community services & Microsoft Office
Sterilization Technician
Bachelor's degree in related field. ACCRS/CCTR certification, or registered dental assistant experience. 3+ years’ experience in a central sterilization setting
Certified Medical Assistant
High school diploma/GED required. Medical assistant certification in EKG, phlebotomy and BLS are needed. Minimum 6 months clinical experience is a plus
Family Medicine Physician
MD/DO degree required, board certification in primary care specialty, and current NJ license. BLS & ACLS certifications needed
Dental Assistant
High school diploma/GED & CPR/BLS certification required. Fluent in English & Spanish needed
Optometrist
OD degree from accredited school. 1+ year of post-grad clinical experience preferred. Active NJ OPT license & BLS certification required
Physician
MD/DO degree in primary care, board certification in a specialty, and a valid New Jersey medical license. 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
