Physician

This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients at a health center, under the supervision of a Chief Medical Officer. The physician will be a member of the Care Team, focusing on preventative, acute, and chronic care for established patients, as well as assisting with community health initiatives. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and possession of an MD/DO degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Current, valid license to practice medicine in New Jersey.
• Possession of a valid DEA and CDS registration.
