Job Description
The Family Medicine Physician provides direct clinical care to Zufall Health Center patients, serving as a member of the Care Team. This role involves diagnosis, treatment, patient referrals, and collaboration with the Medical Director, supporting a diverse patient population and addressing community health needs. The role also requires maintaining compliance with regulations and participating in clinical initiatives.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with Board-Certification in a primary care specialty
- Successful completion of residency program accredited by ACGME or AOA
- Current, valid license to practice medicine in New Jersey
- Valid DEA and CDS registration
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
