Technical Operations Trainer

National Airlines is seeking a Technical Operations Trainer to facilitate training to ensure that all Maintenance personnel are fully trained and competent to perform their duties. The ideal candidate will have an unrestricted FAA license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check.

Requirements

• Participates in the Company's Safety Management System (SMS)
• Completes Initial Level 1 and Level 2 SMS Training and maintains currency
• Facilitates training to ensure that all Maintenance personnel are fully trained and competent to perform their duties
• Revises and develops Maintenance Training Courses
• Develops training Aids and other Course Materials
• Develops, maintains, and updates the Maintenance Training Learning Management System (LMS) Courseware and electronic documentation
• Ensures training documentation and currency tracking of Maintenance personnel are current and updated
• Schedules the required Ground Training events
• Notification of the DM and DQC of any employee lapse in currency for failing to complete a required training event as scheduled
• Develops procedures, controls, process measurement, and interface to track training effectiveness and processes
