Job Description
We're presenting an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role is highly visible across the organization and offers the opportunity to work closely with the executive team and other departments.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Great Plains a plus)
