High school diploma, 1-2 years experience, and valid driver's license required

High school diploma required, 2+ years of maintenance experience
PRN State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Ohio STNA certification and high school diploma or GED required
PRN Nurse LPN/RN
Ohio nursing licensure and graduate of an accredited school of nursing or practical nursing required
Service Coordinator I
A bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience in social service delivery, and working knowledge of supportive services
Housekeeper-Full Time-Day shift
High school coursework, some experience preferred
PRN Certified Medication Aide
Successful completion of Certified Medication Aide course, 1 year experience as Residential Care Aide or certified aide, good communication and interpersonal skills
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - PRN
STNA certification, 2-4 years of experience, and high school diploma or GED required
Maintenance Technician
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years maintenance experience, valid driver's license, strong mechanical and electrical skills
Service Coordinator I
The Service Coordinator I position requires a high school diploma or GED, two or more years of experience in social service delivery, and a demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and resources
