Job Description
The Community Manager I is responsible for leading the overall administration, compliance, and maintenance of the property, working in partnership with Hope Through Housing to develop and deliver social programs for residents and the neighborhood.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 2-5 years working in a position with comparable responsibilities
- 2 years customer service experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Financial management skills
- Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi property management accounting software preferred
