Job Description
The Community Manager I is responsible for leading the overall administration, compliance, and maintenance of the property, while striving to maintain 100% occupancy, and working in partnership with Hope Through Housing to develop and deliver social programs for our residents and the neighborhood.
Requirements
- High school degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a position with comparable responsibilities
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Financial management
- Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi property management accounting software
