Job Description
The Maintenance Technician reports to the Community Manager and the Resident Services Supervisor. Assists in the overall maintenance of the property, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds work.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in property management maintenance or a related field
- Valid California Driver's License and automobile insurance
