Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position works under the direction of the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to support the overall upkeep, functionality, and appearance of the property.
Requirements
- Previous property management experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver's license
- One year of experience working in a similar position
- Ability to work under direct supervision or minimal supervision
- Ability to work with and understand persons of all ethnic and family backgrounds
- Be able to comprehend and follow instructions
- Perform simple and repetitive tasks
- Maintain work pace appropriate to given workload
- Relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions
- Be a team player
