Senior Corporate Accountant

National Community Renaissance is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Accountant to support corporate accounting and financial reporting functions. This role will contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial information across multiple corporate entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Demonstrated experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and allocations
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, financial controls, and compliance reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Experience with Yardi or similar accounting systems preferred
• Real estate or affordable housing accounting experience is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing as a collaborative team member
