The Senior Program/Policy Specialist/Analyst will work with the Teacher Quality department to support NEA's strategic objective of promoting public confidence in public education by developing, implementing, and improving digital professional learning programs. This role requires knowledge of teaching and learning, teacher quality, education improvement, professional learning, and digital professional learning tools. The incumbent will collaborate with staff within and outside the Center for Professional Excellence and Student Learning to manage digital professional learning products and build capacity within NEA systems, professional learning organizing, and NEA member needs and interests.
