Guest Services Associate - Arleta, Ca

The Guest Services Associate is responsible for providing a hospitable, safe, and healthy environment for guests. They will perform daily facility inspections, conduct guest intake responsibilities, and create engagement activities with guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years caregiver experience in a Healthcare or Recuperative Care environment
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
• Current BLS certification preferred, but not required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, guests, and visitors
• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
