Director - Software Engineering

We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Director of Software Engineering to lead multiple software engineering managers and their associated Agile delivery teams within a large-scale enterprise technology organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years related work experience in Software Engineering, including supervision of Managers
• Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders
• Strong understanding of software engineering delivery models, SDLC practices, and operational excellence principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management skills
