Job Description
We are seeking a Product Owner - ServiceNow to identify, organize, prioritize, and assess work for an IT delivery team, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage product releases and facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery team(s).
Requirements
- Five or more years of related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development practices and procedures
- Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform, both as a user and as an administrator
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Team Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master
