Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Software Quality Assurance Analyst at NICO National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE with a hybrid 50% in the office work environment. Responsible for designing, creating, testing, and implementing automated testing to reduce risk and time to value for software products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years related work experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Knowledge of software development practices and procedures
• Experience working with Selenium, C#, Postman, and related technologies
• Knowledge of continuous delivery and continuous integration
• Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution skills
• Insurance industry and product knowledge
• Experience with application performance monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong knowledge of agile practices and experience with agile planning tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).
