Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Representative I or II supports recruiting efforts, building and maintaining partnerships with colleges and universities, and coordinating campus engagement events. This role provides recruiting support, administrative duties, and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years work experience
- Applicant Tracking Software experience
- Company policies and procedures related to Human Resources
- College/University engagement and partnership experience
- Human Resource laws and practices
