Job Description
National Interstate is a member of Great American Insurance Group, a leading commercial transportation insurer. We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team, working a hybrid schedule out of the Richfield office. This role involves analyzing large datasets, designing predictive models, and communicating data insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent work experience
- Generally, a minimum of 3 years of experience exploring and manipulating large data sets
- Proven experience in techniques for optimizing models, machine learning, and proficiency in analytical programming languages
