Job Description
The Legal Assistant is responsible for maintaining the team's docket, calendaring, and client/opposing counsel contacts, while also assisting in settlement negotiations and drafting various types of letters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a law firm setting is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior analytic skills
- Ability to change tasks quickly
- Computer Proficiency
- Must pass credit and criminal background check
