The Coordinator, Program Design & Innovation plays an essential role in advancing the National Math and Science Initiative's mission by supporting the systems, workflows, and details that allow NMSI coaches and training services to run smoothly.
Requirements
- Experience in program coordination, training operations, logistics, project support, or a closely related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, learning management systems, CRM or data systems, and virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to understand how detailed tasks connect to larger service goals, anticipate operational needs, and flag issues early
- Highly organized and dependable, with strong task management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable learning new systems, refining processes, and adjusting quickly as service needs, timelines, or priorities shift
- Clear communicator and team player who builds strong working relationships and supports a collaborative environment
