We are seeking a Senior Director, Philanthropy (Corporate & Foundation Relations) to lead institutional fundraising efforts, manage high-value donor portfolio, and coach staff for growth. As a member of the management team, you will lead your team to achieve high-quality results that align with departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

• At least five years of progressive responsibility in institutional fundraising
• Expertise in grant writing, including synthesizing complex program, financial, and evaluation information
• Exceptional communication skills, with clarity and precision in written and verbal communication
• Tech-savviness in Salesforce and other fundraising tools
• Strategic thinking, with ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities
• Results-driven, with a focus on prioritizing tasks, solving problems, and delivering measurable results
