The Mortgage Operations Director will lead the end-to-end execution, scalability, and performance of mortgage operations, overseeing underwriting, processing, closing, and post-closing operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of mortgage industry experience
• Leadership experience within mortgage operations
• Strong background in systems thinking, operational analytics, and process design
• Proficiency in Encompass, Optimal Blue, and Microsoft Office
