Job Description
The Director of Fundraising, Endurance Events will lead the execution of market-based Endurance campaigns, achieve revenue goals through donor cultivation and team activation, and set the pace and standard for fundraising execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce) and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
