Job Description
National Ramp is hiring a Director of Manufacturing to lead and mature our manufacturing operations through the next stage of growth. The ideal candidate brings strong metal manufacturing experience, preferably in fabrication, and has operated within an OEM manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Build, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes across work centers
- Create systems to manage work center performance, throughput, utilization, and efficiency
- Streamline operations to improve gross profit
- Lead safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance initiatives
- Identify and reduce rework, non-conformance, and customer-impacting defects
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, distribution, engineering, and leadership
- Develop teams, supervisors, and frontline manufacturing talent
- Create accountability through metrics, dashboards, daily management, and operating rhythms
- Balance strategic planning with tactical floor-level execution
