Job Description
The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Technology Astronomy team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting program and project management activities by working closely with project managers and providing expertise on practices, systems, and tools to ensure effective project management.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Intermediate-level training in project management
- Significant experience in supporting project management, involving simultaneously multiple interdisciplinary teams and multi-partner projects
- Experience in collecting and synthesizing information; ensuring project data integrity; tracking resources, milestones, and deliverables; and producing project reports
- Experience in supporting procurement activities, preferably in the context of project coordination and contract management, and equipment/asset acquisition
- Experience with Power BI and/or Power Query
- An experience of using SAP Project Systems would be an asset
- An experience of using Python would be an asset
