National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a mission-driven team member to join their team. The customer service representative will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing phone requests, and coordinating with branch staff, clients, and clinicians. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and organizational skills.
