Job Description
National Spine and Pain Centers is seeking an Account Level Representative I to provide leadership and support for delivering world-class results within the Revenue Cycle. This role focuses on patient access services, billing, revenue management, and ensuring accurate presentation and maximizing the revenue cycle through strategic interventions and process improvements. The role involves managing accounts receivable and revenue, and collaborates with various departments to enhance the patient experience and service delivery.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent education preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or management desirable
- Advanced degree preferred
- Health Care Certification (CHAM, CHAA, FHFMA) preferred
- Experience with payors, providers, hospitals, and physicians
