Job Description
As Deputy Manager for one of our long term residential accommodations, you will support the Residential Services Manager and promote high standards of support to residents. You will work closely with residents and staff to ensure their wellbeing and implement quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Relevant Level 3 qualification or above in health or social care
- Minimum of two years care experience with at least one year in a staff management role
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
