Join us as a Night Care Team Deputy Manager, supporting the night workforce at our specialist residential college at Ullenwood, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety, creating a supportive and secure environment for service users and employees.
Requirements
- Lead and support the night facilitators
- Monitor service users' wellbeing and address health or behaviour issues
- Support night employees and ensure adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with Residential managers, nursing employees and other stakeholders
