Job Description
The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator oversees fleet readiness, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective maintenance operations by coordinating with mechanics, vendors, and internal departments.
Requirements
- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs for all fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Track and manage work orders, ensuring completion within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and compliance documentation.
- Communicate with external vendors, repair shops, and parts suppliers to obtain quotes, authorize work, and ensure timely service.
- Assist with fleet asset management, warranty tracking, lifecycle planning, etc.
- Prepare routine reports on fleet status, maintenance costs, and operational performance.
