We are seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team at Packwood House, a 16th Century Tudor manor house. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh and local produce, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in the Food and Beverage industry. As an inspiring leader, you will help lead, inspire, train, and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage operation.
Requirements
- Good people management skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Practical experience of catering best practice
- City and Guilds level 2/3 or equivalent
- Previous management of budgets and stock and waste management
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety compliance requirements
- Good IT skills
