Job Description
National Veterinary Associates is seeking an Accounts Payable - Payment Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in cash applications, accounts payable, and escheatment, as well as proficiency in Oracle Cloud (Fusion ERP) and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in cash applications, accounts payable and escheatment
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion ERP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex payment issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
