Job Description
Pet Resorts is looking for a talented Assistant General Manager to join our team in Exeter, New Hampshire. The Resort Manager is a leader and an integral member of the Resort Leadership team, responsible for driving revenue and managing costs, maintaining an exceptional level of customer service, and leading and creating a resort culture.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- Availability to work up to 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Ability to drive and manage/influence workplace change
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
