Job Description
The Environmental Manager will partner with employees to implement and maintain the environmental program to promote compliance with regulations and company policies. The position is hybrid with 80% fieldwork required, and one day per week in one of our offices.
Requirements
- Support corporate environmental programs.
- Ensure compliance with NPDES construction erosion & sediment control requirements, wetlands rules, SPCC, RCRA, EPCRA and other regulatory and corporate environmental programs.
- Interpret and implement Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit and NPDES construction stormwater permit requirements.
- Review construction contract documents to identify potential environmental impacts and permitting requirements.
- Willingness to conduct field inspections to ensure contract, permit, and environmental compliance.
