Behavioral Health Respite Treatment Advocate; Pickaway County

The Behavioral Health Respite Treatment Advocate works closely with adolescents, youth, and children, and their families and community partners, to provide advocacy and support through behavior health and respite care. The position involves direct hands-on work, flexibility, and may include transportation, community activities, and one-on-one services.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in an accredited Associates or Bachelor's Program
• Experience in child welfare (preferred)
• Daily travel required, flexible schedule, and willingness to meet clients during non-traditional hours
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and good driving record
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers, and software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs
