NYAP's commitment to doing what is best for children, youth, and their families is a core value and one that we look for in our newest team members. The Lead Case Manager at La Jornada is responsible for coordinating case management and safe and timely release services.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields from an accredited institution
- Valid professional license as required and acceptable by state or contract regulations
- At least 3 years of progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle in good working order, and auto liability insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000
