Job Description
Working as a Case Aide at NYAP provides an opportunity to support children, youth, and families in need. The role involves administrative and document support to program staff, with a focus on maintaining a flexible and organized work schedule. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills, and be comfortable operating technology and learning new software applications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred
- Bilingual (English Spanish) with fluency in Spanish
- Valid state driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and good driving record
- Ability to travel frequently and drive vehicle while sitting for extended periods
