Case Review Specialist

Are you interested in a career in social services? This position is a direct, hands-on opportunity to start your career as a Family Case Manager. You will work closely with youth, family of origin, foster parents, and community partners, providing advocacy, professional services, and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services from an accredited college or university
• 2 years of Child Welfare experience
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Works well independently and as a team member
• Multi-task efficiently and be flexible in all situations
