Job Description
La Jornada, a program of the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP), is seeking a Medical Coordinator to ensure children in care receive timely, high-quality medical, dental, and mental health services. The Medical Coordinator will coordinate care, support foster parents and care teams, and create a safe, positive healthcare experience for vulnerable youth.
Requirements
- LPN/LVN, RN, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience in healthcare, public health, care coordination, or child welfare
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for working with children and immigrant populations
