Job Description
Nationwide is seeking a Business Applications Technical Lead with expertise in Microsoft SharePoint & Microsoft Power Platform to modernize legacy applications and lead technical delivery.
Requirements
- Designing and developing scalable solutions using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery (legacy support), RESTful APIs, and backend frameworks (.NET, Node.js)
- Leading modernization of legacy SharePoint and front-end solutions into Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Defining solution architectures, governance, and development standards for platform and custom solutions
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers through code reviews, training, and enablement
- Evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to improve platform performance, reliability, and business outcomes
