Financial Services Representative - Annuity New Business - PART TIME

We're looking for a Financial Services Representative to provide timely, efficient service for an assigned product and/or service center internal and external customer. As a Representative, you'll ensure that we are providing extraordinary care to our customers through workflow management and meeting all required service level agreements.

Requirements

• Processes business requests according to government regulations, contract provisions and internal procedures and controls.
• Provides outstanding quality customer service by demonstrating and understanding customer needs and emphasizing timely responses.
• Maintains current knowledge of contract and product provisions, administration of Nationwide products, processing systems and related federal and state regulations.
