As a Leasing Consultant, you'll work to establish relationships with prospective tenants, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive relationship with current tenants. You'll work to increase retention in the communities you serve and take pride in representing the quality and excellence of our neighborhoods.
Requirements
- Handles phone inquiries and meets company goals for appointment conversion
- Greets and qualifies prospects by covering all criteria
- Inspects models and available units every day
- Communicates related service needs to maintenance supervisor
- Updates availability report, processes applications for approvals
- Secures new resident's signature(s) on appropriate paperwork prior to move-in
- Orients new residents to community
- Answers questions for residents about community, repairs, rent, rules, etc.
- Prepares lease and complete appropriate paperwork
