Job Description
We are seeking a Managing Trial Attorney to lead a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in our Trial Division. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant civil litigation experience and management experience. They will be responsible for managing office operations, supervising staff, and delivering high-quality legal services.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree
- Active license in California
- 10+ years of relevant civil litigation experience
- Management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and legal skills
- Creative problem solver
- Computer savvy
- Good time management and organization skills
- Ability to train trial attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
