Relationship Manager - Retirement Solutions (Private/Corporate Sector)

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to serve our Corporate/Private sector clients with our Retirement Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate, connect and communicate to build, grow and retain meaningful and productive business relationships.

Requirements

• Establish, grow and retain profitable relationships with our plan sponsors, advisor/consultants, third-party administrators and other service providers through a proactive strategic account management process.
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for each client that takes into consideration the goals and objectives of the client and aligns with the objectives and capabilities of Nationwide and other service providers.
• Support small plan sales acquisition through positioning our service model and the benefits to the plan sponsor and plan participants.
• Represent the client voice in product and service development and enhancements.
