Sr. Actuary – Annuity Modeling (REMOTE)

As a Senior Actuary at Nationwide, you'll be an expert in providing leadership, direction, and oversight for the creation and performance of sophisticated actuarial techniques and procedures and risk analysis. You'll handle research and direct others to ensure efficient, consistent, and integrated data and analysis.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or similar background
• FSA level work experience
• At least 8 years of actuarial experience
• At least 3 years experience managing a team
• Moody's AXIS actuarial software expertise
• Variable or Indexed Annuity expertise
• Proficient in Stat and GAAP Valuation and Forecasting, Pricing, Cash Flow Testing and Risk Management
• Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL, Python
