Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving the execution strategy for multiple products and achieving client KPI targets through continuous optimization and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 2 years of hands-on experience in digital paid media operations and customer acquisition campaigns
- Expertise with Google Marketing Platform (e.g., SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager), Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail
- Passion for performance marketing and analytics, with a desire to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of web analytics metrics and proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
