Senior Application Support Engineer | IT CIB job description. The successful candidate will effectively manage and solve production incidents, follow-up and coordinate changes and technical operations, and collaborate with different teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar roles
- Good knowledge on both Linux and Windows environments
- Experience with BMC/Control-M or other industrial scheduler
- Good knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python and/or PowerShell)
- Concepts of databases
- Experience with Infrastructure back-ups
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Knowledge of LDAP, Firewall, Reverse proxy, Active Directory and Kerberos
- Good networking knowledge
- Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory)
- DevOps mindset
- Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and evolve
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
