As the Head of Content Strategy and Editorial at Natixis IM, you will be responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive and thoughtful U.S. content strategy working with internal and external partners to promote key products, services and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Lead the development and execution of a proactive, multi-channel content strategy and calendar through a cohesive editorial vision that aligns and synthesizes brand, product and distribution priorities.
- Direct the production of high-quality content across channels.
- Develop and implement a shared strategy and hierarchy for content produced by other business units.
- Establish and lead editorial standards, style guidelines, compliance guidelines, etc.
- Leverage data, analytics, SEO/AEO strategies and audience insights to optimize content effectiveness and discoverability.
- Drive innovation in content formats, including video, social, digital experiences and in AI-enhanced content creation workflows.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive content strategies, regulatory developments, and emerging platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of experienced content creators with varying content assignments.
- Evaluate and/or implement technologies and platforms (such as AI) which can result in more efficient content creation and better optimize and personalize content for recipients.
