Requirements

• Assist the Customer Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal.
• Reporting to the General Manager or Customer Accounts Manager.
• Act as a customer counselor for timely lease renewal payments.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance.
• Document customer promises and update customer information.
• Assist with returns and deliveries.
• Perform duties of the Customer Accounts Manager when directed.
• Safely operate the company vehicle.
• Maintain safe driving habits and route sheets.
