Product Technician

The Product Technician is responsible for merchandise handling, including loading, securing, and demonstrating products. This role involves verifying product correctness, maintaining the store’s inventory, and assisting with field marketing programs. The position requires physical strength to lift and load merchandise and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Verify correct product and accessories for delivery or return
• Load, secure, and protect product in company vehicle
• Perform routine servile calls and product exchanges
• Maintain the store’s warehouse in a neat and orderly manner
• Safely operate delivery vehicles
• Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets
• Conduct daily inspection of assigned delivery vehicle to ensure safety and maintenance guidelines are met
• Confirm customer identification, collect money, and obtain customers’ signatures on lease agreements
• Assist in field marketing program as requested by store management
